Need a Repair?
Residents at Newton Park Campus and Bankside House can use the Maintenance reporting form to log a repair, so getting things fixed couldn't be easier.

Universities UK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing
Bath Spa University has committed to the Universities UK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing in all of its managed Halls of Residence.
The Code aims to promote best practice over a range of management activities including; Health and Safety Standards; Maintenance and Repair regimes; Environmental Quality; Landlord and Tenant Relationships; Student Welfare and Anti-Social behaviour. The University was successfully audited last in January 2011.
